- The annual Sybil Lake Association meeting is held in June at the Vergas Community Center.
- 4th of July Sybil Lake boat parade. Decorate your boat meet at Bylanders at noon.
- Annual Sybil Lake Picnic hosted by Scott and Burnell Lovaasen on Little Sybil in mid August.
- SLA Adopt a Highway cleanup usually happens in the spring, but can be an ongoing effort. Contact Burnell Lovaasen for special bags that Otter Tail County will pick up. burnelllovaasen@gmail.com
